As an employer, you are interested in recruiting the best and brightest college graduates available. Since 1986, The Ohio State University at Mansfield has been helping employers reduce risk in annual hiring decisions with the Internship & Cooperative Education program. The program was designed to bring together north central Ohio employers and highly qualified students in a cooperative work partnership. Through co-ops / internships, employers can economically prescreen qualified job applicants in the on-the-job setting without an obligation to hire that student after graduation. Employers can hire students for as few as ten weeks.
The office maintains the Job Posting bulletin boards. Employers may fax (419/755-3901) or call in the information (419/755-4234) or e-mail leonard.46@osu.edu for part-time or full-time openings.
The coordinator assists employers who have openings that require bachelor degrees not available on the Mansfield campus
Assistance is available for employers who want to broaden their applicant pool by posting their openings on the Columbus campus.
